What version of linux can I install on this netbook?

RAM: 128MB
You’re not going to be able to fit anything big on there. MAYBE Arch Linux, but trying to use Arch Linux with no Linux experience is a VERY bad idea. Better to get used to it on simpler OS’s that are closer to Windows in user interface.
Puppy Linux – 94mb and will run with 32mb ram
There are three I am aware of and all three are Ubuntu Based. There may be others also.
1. Ubuntu Remix
2. EasyPeasy and
3. Linpus Lite (This one is now commercial)
