What is a good laptop or notebook that can play sims 3?

i’m looking for a new laptop. i want something that’s small and looks cool. around a 12" screen. I know absolutely nothing about whats new and good as far as computers go. i also want something that can play the sims 3. I was looking at netbooks but was disappointed to find out that they can’t play games, and neither can the tablet pc’s. can anyone help me to find the computer that’s right for me?
