This pop-up keep come up on my computer saying i nee to run 'the chkdsk' ? :(?

I don’t know what to do and I have tried looking online for ways to repair the ‘corrupt files’ but it keeps telling me that theres something wrong with my mobile devise (my iTouch I’m guessing).

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing iTunes but is won’t go !
I can’t sync my iPod or anything so it really sucks!

any answers would help!
