Hi. I want to hook up some speakers in my backpack so i can listen to music off of my phone at lunch. Now, after digging up some computer speakers, i figured out after 3 seconds that they are A/C power, and in order to make them portable, like running them off of a battery, that’s all D/C and i don’t feel like lugging around a converter. So i have my sights set on these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009WKBGC/sr=1-2/qid=1265425965/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&qid=1265425965&sr=1-2&seller= they are USB, and I’m worried about them working with a full size USB to mini USB cable, like the data cable that comes with the droid. Will that work? it’s just data right? Or does it have to be full-size USB to full-size USB for it to work? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

School work (I’m currently a senior in high school, so that means I’ll be going to college pretty soon)
Web browsing
Store/download/play music (Limewire + iTunes)
Store my photos
LIGHT graphics editing
LIGHT gaming (Maplestory)

I went on the HP website and customized and ideal computer; this is what I put together–

Memory: 3GB DDR3 System Memory (1 Dimm)

Hard Drive: 320GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive

Graphics Card: NVIDIA ION with a 5-in-1 Digital Media slot (For the N280 processor)

I know netbooks are meant to be secondary computers, but do you or do you not think those features can handle the things I would use it for?

It adds up to about 0 bucks. I can’t tell if it’s be worth it or not, I really don’t know much about computers.

Maybe you could tell me if I’m better off getting a notebook instead. Maybe you can recommend some around the same price with the same specs?

I want to get a T-Mobile shadow and i have some questions.
1. Is there nay known problems with windows mobile 6?
2. Is windows live search and windows office on the phone free with no monthlu charge?
3. is the battery life good?
4. does it make good calls like the quility?
5. Does instant messgeging count as a text message or a sepertae fee?
6. Does email count as a text mesage and when making an email adress on teh phone is it included in the monthly bill?
7. what is active sharing?
8. It does not need to be pluged in the computer ever to operate right?
9. How long is the charge time?
Please help me answer all of those and the main question is I do not want to plug it in to my computer ever so it will still work and be able to do all the same applications it has on it right like a normal phone it never has to be plugged in a computer unless you want music on it is it the same with this.

I like to play 128MB RAM games!! I like to go for the extreme. && while I’m playing them I enjoy playing a small window of an episode of Degrassi. Or listen to itunes.

I like to store movies, pictures, music, almost anything that takes up space!! So I need a lot!!

I enjoy working with Photoshop and playing the Sims which both use up a lot of RAM.

I recently purchased an HP Mini netbook, and I have found out that I don’t have enough space to put all of my music on it. If I purchased a HP 4GB Mini Mobile Drive, will I be able to place the music on it and it still be available on my computer twenty four hours a day, seven days a week if I leave in placed into my computer? I would be using Itunes. I was also wondering just how the mini drive works?

Like are there iPod dock connectors or anything of the type that you can hook up to the car? I’ve been wondering if there’s any way I can listen to the music on my iPod while I’m driving, and I’m not sure where to look. I can’t burn a CD because my desktop computer isn’t working and I only have a small net-book.

I’ve installed a new harddrive and loaded Windows XP, but it would be nice to retrieve my music and MS Word files from the old harddrive.

The symptoms are strange. My computer began refusing to boot up, so I put my operating installation CD in and tried to do a repair.

When the new operating system copy reaches approximately 2/3 of the way through the process, it displays a message window saying that the Intel Mobile Chipset drivers are not registered with Microsoft and do I want to continue the process. I’ve tried both "yes" and "no" on separate attempts, but I wind up with a blue screen that says to disable any caches in the system bios and to try it again.

That doesn’t work. The same thing happens all over again.

What is the problem here? Is there some way now that I’ve purchased a new harddrive and have everything operating for me to gain access to my old files?

Any useful advice would be very appreciated.
Vicboy, the AGE of the computer has NOTHING to do with it. The laptop in question was purchased new last June.
