Ok, here’s the deal. I got the phone off eBay and unlocked it on my computer using Lucifer software. I’m on O2 and the phone had been t-mobile, all worked fine, no problems with signal then.
Only thing was, there was all this t-mobile crap and i couldn’t use the browser or mms features coz it was all still branded. So I flashed to the latest firmware and voila! all that crap was gone.
Unfortunately, now i never seem to have signal, i have to walk to the top of the house to send a message! Even when out and about the signal is rubbish. The battery runs down pretty quick too, probably coz it’s constantly looking for even a bar of reception; i’ve always got no service.
Can anyone suggest anything to help me out? Im at my wit’s ends!
