Apple MacOS X / MacOS 9, 4.9 lbs, Lithium ion battery 5 hour(s), 11.2 " x 9.1 " x 1.3 "

iBook has all the speed, storage, graphics, and software you’re looking for right out of the box. It’s small and light enough to slip in a backpack; it’s tough enough to travel the world; and its long-lasting battery goes for hours. With powerful and innovative applications for sharing digital photos, managing your music, creating movies, or chatting online with friends, iBook is built for your digital life on the road.

With up to 6 hours of battery life, weighing as little as 4.9 pounds, and measuring slim 1.3 inches, iBook is made for life on the go. A PowerPC G3 processor running at up to 800MHz with a whopping 512K L2 cache gives you the power to zip through your email and surf your favorite websites. An ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 graphics accelerator with up to 32MB of dedicated memory brings graphics vividly to life. A built-in combo drive lets you burn CDs, watch DVDs, listen to music, and play video games. FireWire and USB automatically recognize printers, cameras, MP3 players, and other peripherals. With built-Ethernet and modem, connecting to the Internet is a snap. Access the Internet from home, the office, airports, or cafes with AirPort, and connect to Bluetooth-enabled PDAs and mobile phones with an optional Bluetooth adapter – all without the hassle of cables

me and my brother are saving up money to get it. but we want to be sure it is good enough to support everything that we do on a computer. we love to play video games and do a lot of internet games and searching. i have the sims 2 and i know it takes up a lot of memory. the one that i have needs at least 32MB to run and some other capable chipsets (i dont know) to run also. please help me. i dont if this computer is capable to run my games plus my brothers game and all the other stuff we need for school. so would this computer do the job and hopefully do it fast.
