is a wireless mesh topology practical for a small business network?
if not, what wireless network topology would you recommend for a small business (child care center) that has at least 6 desktop computers(considering to add more computers) and 5 webcams to be set up around the area. it would be useful if you could give the other hardwares that i need to set up the wireless network. Thanks. ^_^

First of all I wouldn’t go with wireless. I would use a star topology with a switch. A wireless network will be really slow. It’s like using a hub if you know anything about them.
Get a 16 port switch with wireless capability and the only nodes you would want wireless would be a printer and maybe laptops that are in the office. make sure you secure it with a WEP key.
