HELP! Does anyone know how I can whipe off everything on my computer?
i HAVE A HP mini notebook
and the memory is extremly low
im getting a new one soon but thats in almost 3 weeks
MY COMPUTER DOES NOT HAVE A PLACE FOR A CD and im NOT GOING TO buy one for it ! they are 0
I cant do ‘System Restore’ eagther !!!: (

Reinstall your windows with a full format, NOT a quick format. But if you are asking as to not let anyone ever see the files you had it would be best to drill holes through your hard drive.
External hard drive. Not that expensive and you can use it in any computer.
Just delete the files you don’t want and uninstall programs you don’t use.
You still have to buy a new pc or external hard drive which are more than $100. Try an online storage site. There’s one on yahoo.
I think if you go to the drive, right click and choose ‘format’, that will wipe everything.
You can do a number of things:
1) delete audio and graphics files one at a time. These files use up a lot space. Then run your system defragmenter and cleanup programs.
2) Buy an external hard drive for additional memory. They are very cheap and easy to install.
3) If you don’t have a CD drive, you can’t do the most obvious thing, which is just format the hard drive you already have. If you have a way to re-install your operating system, that would be your third option.
