normally i would just get this sign when my norton 360 needed to be updated or have a scan, but thats not the problem this time. i checked the program, and everything is fine. i try to click on the sign, but it doesnt go away or say anything- it just stays there. i have a asus notebook that came out last summer. previouslly i did have internet problems but they were fixed. i plan on taking it to the geeksquad at bestbuy soon, and see if they can figure it out for me. is there something wrong with my computer? i checked all the programs and ran scans on them…and theres nothing that i didnt put on it either.
i have it connected to the charger about 90 % of the time i use it, so it can’t be that its running low on power. i have also tried restarting it multiple times
