How do I enable a headphone jack on my laptop?
My Inspiron 1420 laptop has dual headphone jacks and a microphone jack in the front. The plastic part of the main jack is broken so I can’t use it, but the other jack does not seem to work either. Is there a way to enable this jack (I’m using Windows Vista) or would this indicate a problem with the daughterboard?
u need to buy a new one.. or change the mother board
