is the white Xplorer guitar that comes with the guitar hero 3 pc the same as the one used for the XBOX360?
I have recently purchased the Guitar Hero 3 pc version and I want to use the multi-player option with 2 guitars rather than a guitar and a keyboard. Will it support 2 guitars aand is the guitar that was in the pc version bundle the same as the white explorer used in the XBOX 360 version?
Yes, it supports two guitars, and you can use guitars from either Guitar Hero 2 or 3.
Guitar Hero 2 for Xbox 360 comes with a white Gibson X-plorer controller… the same one that you own.
Guitar Hero 3 for Xbox 360 comes with a black wireless guitar that’s based on the Gibson Les Paul. If you get this, you also need an “Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver”, which is sold separately.
So if you want an extra guitar, you can get a copy of Guitar Hero 2 for Xbox 360, and plug its controller in.
Or you can get a copy of Guitar Hero 3 for Xbox 360, and use its guitar with the “Wireless Gaming Receiver”.
